When Life Gives You Lemons- Journal for Backup!

So- apparently screaming and fighting didn't work either.. I really am beside myself as to what to do with TJ.. I just don't know.. He is miserable and grumpy all the time.. I can't win with him at all.. I just don't know what to do.. He is making me and the kids both grumpy as all hell.. I have to actually sit and talk to him.. He needs to blow off steam or something.. I just don't know.. I ask him what's wrong and do you want to talk about things and he says nothing is wrong and he doesn't want to talk.. GRRR..

But on the flip side Jonathan had his 4 month Dr visit yeasterday and it went well.. The Dr is VERY pleased with his growth..

Emmalee, TJ and I played board games last night for about half an hour.. It was fantastic.. She LOVED it and asked if we could do it again tonight.. Tonight she has AWANIS- Cubbies.. It's a church school class she goes to with Katie and Tony..

My Baby Girl is 4 today.. 4 years old.. I am the mother of a 4 year old.. OMG- where does the time go.. sniff sniff..

I have started back to work and a women I work with has done nothing but offend me since I started.. She just says little things.. Today  the maintenance man came to hang up a bulletin board in my office and he had this kid with him.. The kid was like 18 or something and he wants to be a maintenance man here so he is following them around "helping" them whenever he is not busy at his job.. She was saying to my co-worker and I all this stuff about how "cute" he is and how he asks a ton of questions.. and I was like "ya, when they were in my office he chit chatted away the whole time".. and she said," Huh, ya think.. hahahaha".. and it was said with attitude I can't portray here but it was a slam to how much I talk.. First, I don't talk to you.. Second, I talk about work!! So then the women I was with and I left her office and came into mine to get the papers she needed and as she went back to her office she stopped back into the first womens office and they started talking about me and laughing.. They thought I "didn't get it" and that I talk to much.. Well, first tell me if you have an issue.. and second- don't talk about me and how I didn't get it when I did and I just didn't confront the issue.. GRRR.. (and I know they were talking about me because I the walls are paper thin and I our office corners touch.. I hear most of her conversations)..

I had to do a 3 hour glucose test yesterday.. SUCKY!! I'm fine and there is nothing to worry about.. Except that it drained me.. I was exhausted.. I fell asleep in the car after like 2 minutes of driving.. I was tired and sleepy all evening and I'm still exhausted today.. It's nuts..

My next sono is 5/21.. I'm excited.. One week!!

I'm from Buffalo.

We eat chicken wings, not Buffalo wings. Jack Kemp will be remembered as a quarterback, not a politician. We drink Labatt Blue and love it. Mighty Taco always has preference over Taco Bell. Pop, not soda and Pepsi, not Coke.
 
They are sneakers not tennis shoes. It's a sucker, not a lollipop. Bison chip dip, La Nova Pizzeria, Aunt Rosie's Loganberry, Chiavettas Chicken, Peter K's Potato Pancakes and Ted's Hot Dogs are all too familiar...not to forget Taffy's Shakes and Charlie the butcher.
 
A fake ID is unneccessary, there is always Canada...But we have them anyway. Our bars don't close until 4amm and we DO sell beer in a grocery store (Tops or Wegmans), which always makes for early starts and late nights. Jim's steak out at 4 in the morning is calling it an early night...
 
We never cuss, but we swear entirely too much. We know that a 65 mph speed limit really means 80. We will cut you off, swear, and give you the  finger if you are keeping up AND do it all in the snow, while expecting nothing less in return.
Driving in the snow not only comes naturally, it is fun.
 
We know what Artvoice and Nightlife are and we either love them or try to burn every copy we see. We start the weekends off right at Thursdays in the square while enjoying beer, free music, and an interesting crowd.
 
We lived through Wide Right, The Forward Lateral, and No Goal. Dubbed by Dan Marino as "the meanest fans because
no-one actually wants to live here..." We all know he wouldn't stand one winter up here. We love the Bills (no matter what) and accept that it takes 2-4 hours
to get home from a game. Nothing closes in 3 feet of snow or -20 windchills... In fact, that's how we prefer to tailgate.
 
We can correctly pronounce, spell, and identify Chippewa, Scajaquada, Lackawanna, Cheektowaga, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Olean, Tonawanda and Gowanda without hesitation.
When  giving direction it's not "take I-90 to Route 33 east"
it's " take the 90 to the 33 east"..."the" is not an option.
 
We are 30 minutes from another country, one of the seven wonders of the world, and even a few beaches. It's the second largest city in New York.
 
I AM FROM BUFFALO, a drinking town with a sports problem, and damn proud!
 

So- I had my latest appt.. I am 27 1/2 weeks at this point.. I am measuring just over 35 weeks!! I tell you I'm frickin' huge!! So I have to have another sono.. They gave us 2 reasons on why this could possibly be happening..

One is that the baby is REALLY long.. (possible- TJ's family has tall genes and I have sort of tall genes)

The other is that there is to much Amniotic Fluid.. This is caused for 2 reasons too..
          1- I just produce to much, we'll have to keep an eye on it, nothing to really worry about except being uncomfortable.. (as though being really huge and pregnant is the most comfortable thing in the world) 
          2- the baby is not ingesting it and peeing it out enough, there for we must worry about its digestive system working correctly.. Why do I ask for explanations.. Now I'm freaking!! I'm sure its ok, and if its not we'll have to figure out what to do from there.. so there is no use freaking out now- but that logic just can't make it past the front of my brain.. :-) 

However, the plus side is that if it is because of to much fluid I get a sono every appt and I'll start going every 2 weeks.. I love sonos.. :-) and I don't mind the appts. either..

Also- it is cute b/c TJ is freaking out too.. and its just cute to see him all worried and nervous.. plus he tries to hid his worry and nervousness.. He has made every appt with this pregnancy.. He is so damn cute.. he keeps saying that he will be there for this whole process.. I laugh b/c he had to work for my pregnancy with E.. He made all the appts he could.. and he made quite a bit of them.. I'd say just shy of half..

Katie is still pregnant.. I know I didn't write to tell you this until now but, she has been contracting since the 27th of april.. Over a week now.. She is dialated 1 1/2 centimeters.. It should happen soon.. I hope.. I'm so impatient!! I want to hold the baby now.. NOW!! It's going to help me get through the last few months of my pregnancy.. or it's going to make me want to have mine even more.. Either way!!

     All I can think of is you when I hear it.. I prolly watch it 3 times a day since Friday.. She did a FANTASTIC job.. I actually brought my CD to work to listen to it today..

I had a Dr's Appt yesterday and I am measuring 31 weeks.. (No wonder I have been feeling HUGE this month) I also gained 6 pounds- which puts me at 5 pounds for the pregnancy total.. They want me back in 3 weeks to do tests and if I'm still measuring big then I'll have to have another sono to make sure the baby is ok..
